I received a damaged Vanity.

Before describing that issue, the customer service is horrible. I called three times daily for three days before getting through to someone to start the claim process. Then after emailing several pictures and the description of damage received a boilerplate rejection email. To my claim.

I sent a follow up email with further details asking for a call back. After no reply I tried calling again but alway to an automated answer.
A week later and still no reply by phone or email.

As far as the issue- I received a vanity with the door ripped of the cabinet destroying it and making it unusable. They rejected the claim because I opened the undamaged box after the two days they give you to file a claim for shipping damage.

This was NOT shipping damage. There is no way the door and hinges (it is delivered attached to the cabinet) could have been ripped from the cabinet with no damage whatsoever to the shipping box.

Their cabinet was damage during packing of lifting before shipping. Please see the pictures.

All the damage was contained to on door and again the shipping box was dummy intact and un damaged.
