There is no annual fee to be a member! To keep your membership active, you are required to reach an annual order amount of $10,000 or 10 units (whichever comes first). A vanity with a countertop option is considered two units, while a vanity with no top or a mirror is one unit, etc.

Our trade program is divided up into three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You are automatically enrolled at the Bronze level, which gives you 15% off every order you make. Once your annual order total reaches $20,000 you will be granted Silver Level access, giving you 20% off. To get 25% off, your annual order total must be more than $30,000.

Your annual order total is calculated after the discounts and your membership begins on the date that you are approved.

Yes, and we do offer bulk purchasing when 10 or more of the same products is ordered. To place a bulk order, please send an email to trade@vanitiesdepot.com for details on availability and potentially reduced pricing.
