Delivery was a total joke

I have bought vanities from them before and they are nice but one came broken so was replaced timely. The problem this time is that they gave the shipper a wrong address and I have been waiting 3 weeks for the issue to be corrected. I hate having to use email to solve problems because it is so slow to go back and forth and have miscommunications. They don't have a customer service dept you can call when you have issues. I probably wouldn't buy from here again because the customer service not having a phone # and timely resolution of problems was very disappointing.

Our warehouse ships via third party carriers, in this case, Estes was responsible for the shipment.
